Our range of services is designed to alleviate financial stress, promote community connection, and ensure that every member feels supported and valued.

Death Relief Fund

As an Organization we do understand our community needs assistance. Death comes unannounced and neither is anyone prepared when death knocks. This is the more reason why we have to be prepared at all times. Planning for such unforeseen circumstances is giving your family peace of mind to give you the last respect needed.

Critical Health Relief Fund

Registered members will benefit from our Critical Health Relief Fund. This Fund is aimed at assisting members who are critically sick, have been diagnosed with a terminal or life threatening illness. This fund will assist in taking care of medical bills and reduce the financial burden on the member and it’s family.

Educational Support Fund

Education is a key that unlocks endless potentials. Educational Support Fund aims in assisting members or their family members achieve the educational goal. Not everyone in our communities are privileged to afford or get basic education. This fund would therefore help members have access to quality education.

Connecting the Communities

With H&H Connect the Community Initiative, members benefit from a wide range of exposure. Its objective is to bring communities together, bringing the diaspora with home based communities. With this initiative, members of different business domains, social and economic status would be able to connect with each other.

Communities serve as hubs for social interaction, networking, and building meaningful relationships. In times of crisis or emergency, communities unite to provide support, assistance, and resources to those in need, exemplifying the power of collective action. Overall, working together as a community cultivates unity, mutual support, and empowerment, fostering a stronger, more resilient society for all.

How does H&H identify beneficiary members for death relief funding?

Upon registration a Unique Identification number (UCI) is assigned for each member registered with their association.   Upon a death H&H conducts a membership identification search and verification to ensure the member is registered with the network. Associations have the responsibility to ensure all members registered with H&H legal information matches with our data base. Associations are liable for any misrepresentation when it comes to funding

When does membership comes into effect ?

Membership becomes effective from the day we receive your membership fee and have signed the membership registration form.

When are members eligible to benefit from all programs?

30 Calendar Days from the date of registration in our database.

When do a member lose their benefits ?

When the association sends a written intention to become inactive. Also an association will lose their membership if any fraud is detected following an investigation.

Can I be registered through two different associations?

Members are only allowed to be registered under one association to avoid duplicate claims in our data base.

Is there any probation period?

Yes, there is a 30 days calendar period after your membership application has been received.

How do my family benefit from Educational Support Fund?

Every year groups are selected through fair balloting program.

What payment Methods are accepted for membership registration?

Bank Deposits, Mobile Money Transfer, Credit & Debit Card Payments, Paypal.

Can contributions be paid in installments?

Association payment structures are different from H&H. Associations are required to make a payment in full 72 hours after a death has been announced.

What if I do not contribute before the deadline?

The association will loose its membership rights which will lead to the loss of protection of its members .

Can I renew membership if I lost my membership rights?

 This decision would be reviewed by the managing committee and if approved you would have to pay all past membership contributions plus any imposed penalties .

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, by sending a writing letter indicating your intensions to terminate the membership of your association or group or by terminating or removing a member within the association.

Who Can notify H&H of a death?

Executives of the association or group where the deceased was a member can formally notify .H&H would formally give a death announcement and follow the procedure for death contributions

Is there a deadline to notify for death or critical relief?

We recommend associations, groups inform us as soon as they get information of any death or critical health of members to give H&H ample time to follow the procedure of death and critical health by laws for each member to be able to get claims and as soon as possible.

Why do I need H&H when we already have insurance or sinking funds?

H&H is a community network which members will not only benefit from financial assistance in times of need but personally relationship. With our social network programs members would benefit from crowd funding with no monthly payment fees when compared to insurance .Members benefit from other community resources like Education support fund, critical relief fund, will have the opportunity to connect internationally with other Community members.
