Critical Health Relief Fund
Registered members will be able to benefit from our Critical Health Relief Fund. This fund is aimed at assisting members who are critically sick, have been diagnosed with a terminal or life-threatening illness. It will assist in taking care of medical bills and reduce the financial burden of the member and its family. This fund will be part of a member’s upfront benefit of the Death Relief Fund, donation, and assistance from the H&H community. Health is wealth, and we strongly believe that helping members in such times will be more beneficial than helping them when they are no longer with us. As a community, we understand the lack of a good health system in our communities. H&H and its international partners are dedicated to helping during such times. We have therefore put in place a mechanism to assist all H&H members financially when diagnosed with a terminal disease or found in a critical health circumstance. This assistance will be available only for active members, and conditions may apply. H&H is also working with community hospitals, clinics, health specialists for its members to have access to discounted health services for non-critical health issues. H&H is working with its international partners to make available health services for its community members who would need international health care. Who is therefore eligible to get Critical Health Relief Funding?
Eligibility Criteria For Critical Relief Fund
-All Active member
-Members who are critically sick ,have been diagnosed with a life threatening disease
-Has proven medical Report
All claims for Critical Health Relief Funding must be announced through the association executive team. Upon each announcement H&H would do its internal and external verifications and proceed with the claims if all eligibility and verifications have been done. Members do not need to contribute for Critical Health Relief Fund

With little or no good facilities in our communities our goal to make the basic necessities in communities affordable and available for all, adequate health care ,equal educational opportunities an avenue of exposure through international arena. We do understand there is no growth in isolation ,by holding each other’s hands ,we walk to success ,uplift each other ,support , assist each other in both good and bad times . We want to build a network where we will be able to connect our communities all around the world and helping each other would be a pillar for us all.
About Us
What is H&H the full acronym is Holding Hands Community Network Organization. This is a Community Owned Organization with the Head Office located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The goal of this Organization is to assist Communities ease financial stress to bereaved families, support members with Relief funding in times of critical illness and support its members with Educational Financial Support. This Organization is also aimed at fostering and connecting communities around the world through Connect the community initiative.
